It usually take 24-48 hours for a compounding order to be ready.
We always do our best to have orders ready to go as soon as possible. If you are after an urgent order, please call one of our compounding pharmacists to see what we can do for you.
As we keep most of our customers repeats on file, all you need to do to order a refill on your prescription, just give us a call and place your order over the phone.
If you are a new customer, you can hand your prescription in person, or you can email a copy of your prescription and hand in the original upon collection.
Depending on your health care cover, you may be able to claim on your compounding prescription.
We always provide an official receipt with every prescription for your convenience. To find out if you are eligible to claim, you will need to speak to your health care provider.
Depending on the product, most items are prescription only, however there are things we can make that do not require a prescription. Call us to find out more.

Our sister store, Priceline Beaumaris, is a pick up point North of the River. As it is owned by the same person, we can guarantee that your medication is in safe hands.
The only requirement we have for this pick up location is that payment be made at Mckenzies Chemist before delivery.
Payment can be made over the phone. Alternately, we do also offer postage.
